There is no known: Pill to get pregnant. But you should take a prenatal vitamin that contains at least 400mcg of Folic Acid if you are attempting pregnancy. This has been shown to help lower the risk of having a baby with a birth defect called neural tube defect (or spina bifida).

Unprotected sex: If you want to become pregnant, you need to engage in unprotected sex. While there are pills to prevent pregnancy, there are no pills to get pregnant, at least not w/o sex or some form of artificial reproductive technique. On the other hand, if trying to conceive, we recommend taking Folic Acid to lower risk of neural tube defects although this vitamin won't get your pregnant.
