Here are some...: Based on what described, the concerned spots are not STD-related but some commonly expected discolored skin macules which carry no clinical significance and require no need for active care, as long as being stable in their size with no elevation or bleeding or hurt. Well....: Luckily chlamydia trachomatis isn't transmitted well to the throat like gonorrhea often is thru unprotected oral sex.  You probably didn't, but if this is someone you care about or even just like and respect, it would be wise to be honest.  Also probably time to use condoms more regularly even for head as chlamydia can cause you permanent fertility issues and pain.

Transmission.: Chlamydia can be transmitted through oral, anal or vaginal sex. So if a woman has a chlamydia infection of her throat ; performs fellatio – then infection is possible.

Need more tests.: There are other infections that need to be looked for to explain the burning. Also, fragrances in anything, harsh soaps, can irritate the opening of the urethra &amp; cause burning, as can over-scrubbing.  Bleach spots may not be related.  See doc again.  Use products for sensitive skin (and your partner needs to, too). No fragrances, no aerosols, no alcohol-based products, no rough scrubbing, hot H20

May be okay...: You're probably okay besides oversensitivity of glans penis which is understandably related with premature ejaculation (pe).
