See a doctor soon: Any new, abnormal, or unexplained vaginal discharge needs to be professionally evaluated. Colored discharge often means infection, including STDs. Maybe your partner wasn't the virgin he said he was; or recurrent chlamydia; or a different STD from some previous partner. "I've been clean" doesn't mean anything if not tested, and some STDs don't show up in routine exams. Get care ASAP. Use condoms!

Go see your doctor: I'm trying to figure out whether you're describing "jelly" or "yellow" discharge. The good news is that you're on birth control and there's no odor. But if you're concerned, best to go see your family doc to get checked out. I'm sure you know, but just in case, birth control prevents pregnancy, but not sexually transmitted infections. If you're not mutually monogamous, make him wear a condom.

It's NGU: You have nongonococcal urethritis. It's one of the most common STDs in men. About one third of NGU cases are caused by chlamydia, so your negative chlamydia test is typical. See a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and get treated. Your sex partner(s) will need to be treated as well. Good luck!

Implantation bleeding is usually light, last less than one day, and occurs about one week after unprotected sex if conception and implantation occurred. Most Preg tests are sensitive enough to detect a pregnancy around the time your period should be due. You may consider regular birth control use if pregnancy not desired.
