Boils: Warm compresses. Cleanse and wash face twice daily in area, try antibiotic ointment or benzoyl peroxide containing products OTC, if no improvement, see your doctor for oral antibiotics or prescription creams/ointments.

See your doctor: The condition needs a diagnosis. If it is acne, then their are several treatments available, ranging from accutane, to exfoliator scrubs, to zinc multivitamins. If there is obvious bacterial infection, then your dr may consider a 30 day trial of antibiotics. You will need counseling concerning the use of these pills, which includes (importantly) adequate contraception, skin hydration, psych screen

Depends: Very broadly, anything that is not normal or causes symptoms. Some are self limited (ie poison ivy) some are chronic (ie eczema) and the latter may be more representative of a type of problem.
