Teeth and the Chills: I'd need some more information. If it was right after the procedure it can be an anxiety release. It will pass quickly. Sit down breathe deeply and slowly. Have someone else drive you home if necessary.

Chills: Even though you have no fever, you probably have an infection of some sort. Viral infections often cause weakness. Get plenty of rest, drink fluids, and see a doctor. Most people can take tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen to help with chills or aches.

See doctor: Chills are not usually associated with hives unless you have an infection. It it has been present for over 6 wks (which it does) , see an allergist.

Dental problem?: Your jaw can hurt for many reasons. Including trauma, infection and commonly dental and oral problems.   Have it evaluated.

Yes: Try putting an additional layer of clothes.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Body aches: It could be something else.  The flu usually comes on a little quicker. See how it progresses for more definitive symptoms such as fever or congestion. Regardless, rest is in order.

Sort of the same: Chills and fever are sort of the same thing, during an infection. Chills happen when one's body is trying to generate more heat in order to raise the temperature. Fever is a raised temperature, of 100 degrees (F) or more. Thus, feeling chills during an infection means the body is still fighting the infection. One should be calling her doctor if chills don't go away soon, or if any symptoms worsen.
