Should be all right: If the chicken was not infected with salmonella or other bacteria, you should do fine.  Your natural tears and secretions in your nose and throat will eliminate any material splashed onto you.

i splashed raw chicken juice in my eye last night with my contacts in. my eye is fine should i throw away my contact?

Chicken juice/contac: I would. The eye is fairly avascular so bacteria can get in and harder to get rid of,  which is not good, so would get new lenses just to  be safe

Skin is strong: You have to ingest the bug to get infected. The lining of the eyes is like your skin. It sounds like your risk is minimal or zero.

Chicken: Most food-borne diseases are caused by bacteria like campylobacter, salmonella, shigella, listeria, and botulinum. Of these, campylobacter and salmonella are two types of bacteria commonly found in raw chicken
listeria is possible, toxoplasma unlikely but both would be exceedingly rare from the incident you describe.

: Besides washing your hands &amp; surfaces after handling raw chicken, there is nothing for you to do. This has no bearing on your pregnancy.

No effect: The nutrients in carrot juice will be digested in your GI tract, and dispersed in your blood stream.  They have no known effect on eye redness.  If the redness persists but the vision is OK then see an ophthalmologist soon to discover the cause.  If the vision is down, then seen the ophthalmologist immediately.

Nothing serious: It would hurt for a few minutes, but probably no serious damage. Of course see a doctor if pain or other symptoms continue.

Wash eyes : It is likely mild irritation. Keep washing eyes with water. If still not better see your doctor.

Unlikely: Lemon juice is irritating and might redden the eyes for a few hours.  If the redness lasts for days then there is another problem which your ophthalmologist can identify for you.

Not a good idea: These are eye irritants.  They certainly will help flush out the eyes by producing excess tears.  But your natural tears are wonderfully capable of cleaning out your eyes without this kind of help.  There is a lot of ridiculous information that is published on web sites and magazines - most of which can be ignored and some even harmful.
