Bisoprolol may help.: Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker. That is, it blocks the effect of adrenaline on specific organs. It may help reduce the symptoms related to anxiety. It is not effective on everyone. There are other medications more specific and effective for panic attacks.  If not improving talk to your doctor about ssri's. Also make the necessary lifestyle changes in order to prevent these attacks.

Flutter may b seriou: People use the term "flutter" do describe different feelings in their chest.  A spasm in chest wall muscle is benign and can give a sensation of flutter.  More serious causes can be related to abnormal heart rhythms or palpitations.  If you are experiencing these you should speak to your physician.
