Multitude of symptom: I would suggest visiting with your primary care doctor or an emergency department asap.  You have several symptoms that can be associated with significant disease/illness.  Sounds like you could have several things going on.  Best of luck.  See your doctor soon.  If chest pain is severe or new, you should be evaluated immediately to rule out a heart attack.

Enough: Not really quite enough info.  Do you feel an irregular pulse?  No cricism, but are you hung over.If you really don't feel well, get checked out: altho unlikely, it could be pericarditis with an arrhythmia amongst many other things. www.thepmc.org.

Nocturnal chest pain: At 43 with history of coronary bypass and cardiac cath, it should be something to be worried about. More so if you've had stents placed. You may just need better blockage and anti-anginal medication, but certainly don't wait too long and discuss with your doctor or cardiologist.

Exercise- chest pain: If you have consistently CP after exercise, you may have underlying coronary artery disease which needs to be evaluated. Nausea may be related to heart problems. That needs to be addressed by your family physician.

More info needed: Is the chest brought on by exertion or meals? Is it sharp or dull? How long does it last? Is it worse with deep breaths? Does it radiate? Is there associated belching? Your physician should evaluate you and order appropriate tests.

Very well could be: If you have chest pain with nausea and have undergone an extensive cardiac evaluation, then it very much so could be gastrointestinal related.  It is well known that because of "shared" sensory nerve networks, that upper gastrointestinal pain can mimic cardiac pain and vice versa.  You would be best served to review your concerns with your doctor.  Remember even anxiety could be causing this.
