Same as any burn. : Chemical burns need to be cleaned out. This is the first order of business. If the chemical  is still on the skin the burns will continue to get worse. If quite severe needs major medical care, maybe debridement and possible antibiotics. See your doctor for definitive care.

Not a burn, but...: The mucosa on the undersurface has a very thin epithelium / skin and putting alcohol on it is likely to be really irritating. Put the cologne on your lower abodmen instead. How about letting the smell here be that of a clean, responsible man?
