Head Numbness: Intermittent head numbness lasting 2 minutes may be caused by irritation of one of the cranial nerves.  May be more serious if associated with headache or facial weakness.  It would be a good idea to discuss this during an office visit with your PCP so you can be examined for additional findings.

Trigeminal nerve: This is due to irritation of the trigeminal nerve which provides sensation to your cheek.  Inflammation of this nerve is usually caused by virus, ebstein barr or herpes and responds to short course of steroids.

TMJ: It can be from TMJ if you clench or grind your teeth, it can be an ear problem from nasal allergies if your nose is stuffed, it can also be a rare benign ear tumor. All in all you should have it checked.

Pressure: This is most likely positional, temporary and due to pressure on the superficial nerves of your scalp and has nothing to do with any brain pathology especially if you don't have this symptom any other time. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you if you have further concerns.

All at same time?: The only thing that comes to mind is severe hyperventilation which would begin with numbness in lips and mouth and could spread.  If this is happening you should see checklist for hyperventilation.  Good luck!
