Eating healthy!: Developing healthy eating habits, with protein based meals, small meals but frequent. Just like everyone else who is paying attention to healthy eating.  A better question is how can you stop binging? That requires a team of health care professionals which includes a psychiatrist, a psychotherapist, a nutritionist, an internal medicine doctor, and, often very effective, group therapy sessions.

Not a good idea: Cleansing regimens particularly of the intestine have little to no value in removing nonexistant toxins. No diseases can be attributed to "toxic buildup." Eat a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and adequate protein. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

Nutrition: Our nutrition decisions and intake can affect every part of our body. Our body use glucose as its main energy source but can get glucose from sugars, proteins and fats. There are vitamins and minerals that our body needs to run the multitude of chemical reactions constantly running. Deficiencies can lead to many different medical issues with two of the more common being anemia or osteoporosis

Need more info: What signs are you noticing that lead you to the conclusion that you are not digesting food?

Whole food in your stools (bowel movements), such as corn, raisins, etc are relatively common if you don't chew your food completely. This is not necessarily a bad sign. 

If you are having lots of undigested food in your stool, particularly if it's running quickly through your body, may be other issues.

Stable weight is ok: If you are not losing weight quickly then your digestive system is probably fine.  If you were losing weight, having lots of blood in your stool/bowel movements, or constant diarrhea, that would be the sign of more serious digestive problems.  Vitamin deficiency is rare if you are eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. Those symptoms are highly variable and would need labs to test to confirm.

could a high level of vitamin b12 affect the digestive system in the body?

The other way around: Vitamin B12 is not known to be toxic in any amount. However, one of the causes of high blood levels of B12 is liver disease including hepatitis ; cirrhosis. Liver disease certainly affects the digestive system. But it is not high B12 that causes liver disease but liver disease that can cause high B12 levels. As i mentioned earlier, other causes of high B12 include kidney disease ; blood disorders.

No if it is: Localized to colon.  But if it spreads to liver, lung, bone, or brain, it can cause problems in these organ systems.

hello for about 2 weeks almost ive had a changed in my digestive system i have the urge to poop very often but when i go only a little comes out or i just pass gas a lot and sometimes liquid or water stools not sure and then thats it my body  tries to pus

Constipated: See your PCP but, If this is new drink more water and increase fruits and vegitables in your diet.
Try some DSS and Metamucil OTC til you get regulated. If you become bloated or crampy the seek medical care immediately
