One should check a urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after taking Plan B, because emergency contraceptive pills work most of the time but not all of the time. Tests are very accurate 3 weeks after sex.

Combining all 3 events, there is almost no chance of pregnancy from this one sexual event. Always keep some condoms nearby.

Extremely low.: Intact condom used properly is about 80% effective.  Plan B is about 75% effective.  Used together, you should be very safe, but you may want to choose something other than Plan B for birth control in the future.
