Not specificly: It is the swimmer(sperm) who gets there first that determines the sex of the baby. Slightly higher: There are about 109 girls conceived for every 100 boys.  Statistically there is a greater chance of conceiving a boy when intercourse is close to the time of ovulation and greater chance for conceiving a girl when intercourse is not close to the time of ovulation. You would have ovulated on cycle day 13 or 14 - so having sex on cycle day 9 would likely yield a slightly greater chance for a girl.

Maybe just a little: Be married first. Then decide whether or not to have children right away. If "yes", stop birth control methods, and be sure to have sex once or twice a day during the most fertile days. The fertile days are about 5 days before ovulation, through 2 days after ovulation. One can estimate that ovulation happens 14 days BEFORE the start of the next period (easier to do if having regular periods).
