Herpes: There are two herpes viruses.  Herpes is contracted skin to skin. It is not necessarily just genital to genital.  74% of americans have herpes type one or "herpes simplex" .  Every adult should have the herpes blood tests to know if they carry or have been exposed to herpes...Even 'virgins'.

Too low for worry: Same questioner answered 2 hr ago? Nobody can estimate the chance accurately without more information, but 1 in 2000 probably is too high. According to the National Safety Council, if you reside in the US, you have a higher chance (1 in 1,756) of dying in an accident in the next 12 months. And you're worried about 1 in 2000 for herpes??? Mellow out and move on. And don't forget your seat belt!

Genital herpes: Herpes 2 is usually transmitted by contact with the genital area, but if the person is shedding virus onto his hand and  touches the cigarette and then you put the cigarette in your mouth, it would be possible to transmit the virus to you. Herpes 2 can cause oral infection.

Possibly: It is possible but not probable you will develop herpes. The guy didn't have an open lesion at the time . You said 50/50 of having it so he probeliy didn't look sore  , she kissed hin then drak from you bottle. I suspect unless he had an open weeping sore and she got some on her lips then drank you bottle your pretty safe.
