Any tea is: ok but I would avoid putting milk in tea.  It kills the beneficial ingredients of the tea.  Sugar, as you probably know, is never good for you.  Consider drinking jasmine tea.  Peace and good health.

It has been used topically for burns. It can cause drowsiness or allergic reactions (ragweed)it is not recommended during pregnancy or if taking blood thinning medications.
