is cetaphil dermacontrol oil control cleanser safe to use in pregnancy?

Yes: In moderation - don't bathe in it. Anything you apply topically can penetrate your skin and may be active systemically. Steroids are a good example of this. However, cetaphil dermacontrol oil control cleanser has no ingredients which are contraindicated in pregnancy when used as directed.

i have oil skin with pimples. my friend suggested "cetaphil cleansing lotion" but the lotion  contain parabens, may be causing the skin problems. so is it good to use that lotion are any lotion is there which will not affect the skin? i am male and 25year

Cetaphil: Is one of the mildest lotions there is.  It is not oil based so would not aggravate your acne.  If you are ALLERGIC to parabens, perhaps could cause a rash but not acne.
Neutrogena is also a good cleanser but it contains glycerine, that COULD increase oiliness.  Try a mild salicylic acid based cleanser instead, and tretinoin for the pimples.

the only brands we have in a pharmacy near me are cetaphil, physiogel, avene, bioderma and neutrogena, which brand can you recommend for a moisturizer? hopefully, something oil-free but has ceramides, hyaluronic acid?

Cetaphil very good: Every individual responds differently. Many dermatologists recommend Cetaphil for skin hydration, though the others may be adequate also.  Cetaphil does contain hyaluronic acid which seems to aid moisturization.

See a dermatologist: What you interpret as "dry" scalp might be psoriasis or some other treatable condition.

Oil free: Neutrogena is my favorite. Lancolm and clinique are nice too.

Depends: If your facial oil is a cleansing oil then you would use this first then the usually rinse and then consider the use of an emollient/moisturizer.  If it's not a cleansing oil, you shouldn't have to use both as some facial oils are moisturizers.

Moisturizer: Try using virgin coconut oil as a moisturizer for your chin. It works well all over.
