Probably BV: Bv or bacterial vaginosis is the most common vaginal infection. It is not sexually transmitted. It causes foul smelling vaginal discharge which is often worse when mixed with blood or semen. See your obgyn for testing. It is treated with antibiotics.

Cervical mucus: Cervical mucus does not generally have a metalic odor. Many minor infections can produce different odors, however.  See your healthcare provider for a culture and testing.  This is most probably harmless.

Discharge: It is completely normal to get changes in discharge with pregnancy, as well as an increase in the amount.  As long as there is no odor, color, bleeding, it is likely nothing to worry about.

Maybe: Canex V contains a medication called clotrimazole that can be effective against yeast infections, however not all vaginal discharge is yeast.  If the discharge is being caused by other factors then the Canex V will not work.
If not better, see a doctor.
