Not known: It is not known. This study is currently just starting using a validated questionaire and blinded exposures to small amounts of gluten.

Yes: Sometimes when very mild, celiac can be asymptomatic in fact. Usually the mild symptoms consists of mainly bloating and vague abdominal discomfort.
