Fabric or irritant: She is having something that is irritating and inflaming her skin. Could be fabrics and detergent, or grass and pollen if she's been outside. Cool compresses, vaseline, and baking soda/ aveeno (oatmeal) baths are very soothing. Hydrocortisone cream can help with the itching also. If it doesn't resolve discuss it with your doctor.

Rash s/p op: Sounds like some kind do contact dermatitis. I suggest, watch it closely, if no change or resolution by one week, please see your MD

Not sure: Soinds like may be eczema from dry skin-would get a dermatologist to check out to make sure.

Rash: See your dermatologist or family doctor.  There are many causes fr rashes.  If it is spreading and getting worse you should get it diagnosed in order to receive treatment.

Need photo: Lots of possible causes of red bumps - most are benign.  Small hemangiomas are common. If these are red spots called petechiae, you should ask your doctor to check you out for medical conditions that would cause petechiae.
