Stop using it: Not uncommon for symptoms of vulvar itching when using  bubble bath, fragrent soaps or other products with similiar types of ingredients.

is it possible to injure dorsal nerve in clit, and what are symptoms of it? i used excessive friction in the area nearly two months ago, and have been since had tingling, throbbing in the clitoris and vulva, especially after orgasm. will this heal?

: The nerve in the clitoris is a little deep for you to have seriously injured it, Bruised or caused blunt trauma- yes. suggest lay off clitoral manipulation for 4-6 weeks for it to heal next time try a good lubricant, avoid gadgets and be a little gentle. You should be fine.

Genital tingling: If such symptoms precede an oubreak of genital blisters sores by 1-2 days, it's probably a herpes prodrome. If it lasts more than a couple of days, or if no blisters/sores, it's not herpes. Perhaps some sort of dermatitis or irritation, e.g. early symptoms of a yeast infection? See a doctor if the problem continues or if it keep recurring.

Please see your gyn: Today, c ould be uti, could be urethritis could be other vulvar problems , must r/o herpes if sexually active or other like external yeast your gyn will know what to do and the proper tests to run.

Suspect paresthesia: This may be Paresthesias which by definition is uncomfortable skin sensations. It is not related to cancer  or hiv but is benign. You need to see your physician to clarify your symptoms to see if there are additional explanations of your  symptoms.

Possible UTI: You may be dealing with a urinary tract infection or a vaginal yeast infection.  You should check either with your primary doc or OB/GYN since they will likely wish to do a direct visual inspection of the vaginal area including not only the labia majora....but the minora as well! Yes: shaving can cause irritation the vulvar region. As hair grows back again, it can cause itching as the follicles emerge from the epidermal layer. 
take a shower and that may help resolve the symptoms.

Really?: First you have to make the diagnosis. Koh exam involves gently scrapping the skin and examine the scales under the microscopic by an md. Ringworm is a fungus acquired by skin to skin contact, soil to skin, or animal to skin. Over the counter Lamisil (terbinafine) cream may cure the problem.
