i've had my period for the last 2 months..with sore breasts and i took about 4 pregancy tests which all said negitive. why iam i having sore breasts?

Breast pain: Breast pain can be caused by weight gain, dietary changes, poor fitting bras, changes in exercise patterns, hormonal changes, breast cysts, fibrocystic changes and other causes. Schedule a visit for a breast exam.

i took hcg shot in cd12. sore breasts for 5 days cd21 till 25.prgnancy test in blood was unclear in the day 15 after hcg shot.what's that mean?

Hard to say: I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "unclear". If the pregnancy test was negative it means you are either too early to  confirm pregnancy or you did not achieve pregnancy this cycle. However, by D27 most serum pregnancy tests would be positive in the setting of a normal pregnancy. I would repeat another pregnancy test in a week and at that point it will be more definitive one way or the other.

Mastalgia: Reasons for painful breasts (bilateral) can include: cyclic pain before the period, stress, medication changes. Fluctuating hormone levels & pregnancy.  Pain in one breast could be related to a cyst or a fibroadenoma.  Breast cancer would not be a frequent reason for breast pain. Exercise with a bra that is lacking in support is also a possible cause.

No: Causes of breast pain can include cysts, prior surgery, trauma, medications (oral contraceptives, infertility tx, SSRI's), large breast size, premenstrual syndrome, ovulation, period &amp; pregnancy. Your Dr can help determine the cause.

sore breasts 10 days before period. no chance of pregnancy but i keep forgetting to take my pill so i take 2 the next night, could this be the cause?

Maybe but: If you are forgetting to take your birth control pills then you should consider one of the many other options. You are very likely to end of pregnant if this continues. Consider a Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud and you wont have to worry for the next 5 years.

Sometimes breast : Pain can occur with pregnancy (but it is not diagnostic). Take a pregnancy test to know one way or another.  Pain might occur with period, pregnancy, pms - see your physician if not resolving.

Common: Breast tenderness around mid-cycle is extremely common, usually not to worry. A pregnancy test in the first half of the cycle (i.e., 2 weeks before expected period) is not useful, you can't be pregnant then. Hope this helps you.

i have stomach ache, sore breasts and fatigue! i last ovulated 22nd february think i'm due on 13th march am i having early pregnancy signs?

Possible: If ovulated 2/22 should have next cycle 14days later.  The 13th would be very late and correlate to a 35day (28nl) day cycle.  If that is normal for you, you should be evaluated for anovulation.  Every luteal phase (last 14days) of the cycle should generate those "pregnancy signs" called moliminal symptoms.  Merely represents Progesterone effect and is perfectly normal.  Check a test at cd32.

what would cause one sided breast pain? my period is late, neg pregnancy test, and sore left breast. breast soreness feels similar to pms type pain.

Accepted Answer

Need for examination: There are many causes of breast pain, including: abscess, fat necrosis, fibrocystic disease, ductal dilatation, breast cancer etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for a proper evaluation.

Accepted Answer

You didn't tell us: When you were testing related to when you ovulated/ had sex. Most women do a standard pregnancy test once they actually miss their period. 
An early pregnancy test can be done prior to that. If the first test in negative you can retest in a week or less using the first morning void. Take care.
