Overworked muscle: The triceps are a small muscle group that can become overworked very easily.  If you have just started to lift weights then this could be the cause. The pain should get better in a few days.  If the pain persists or gets worse seek medical attention.   You can try warm moist heat which can help the pain.

Tendonitis: Ice it after you work out, make sure you don't do triceps exercises every day (switch body workouts day to day to allow for recovery), and consider some anti-inflammatory meds. Make sure you are hydrating well too. Sometimes the muscles can ache if you are a bit dehydrated.

Pinched nerve: Usually pain will'run' from neck to triceps area. I would see an orthopedic surgeon for examination. U may have a cervical disc abnormality which is pressing on a nerve. Other possibilities can be excluded by examination and imaging studies. Best of luck!
