Maybe: Diahrrea means there is too much water content in the stool. It is frequently infectious but at times it is not. Make sure you clean and dry hands carefully b4 eating. Use Purell. Eat BRAT diet (bananas, rice, apple sauce, toast) to help firm up stool. Take Loperide (Imodium) to slow down peristalsis.

Food poisoning: A lot of times, diarrhea that occurs right after eating a meal is a type of food poisoning as a result of the staph  aureus toxin. It could also be food sensitivity as well

Recommend: I do recommend that you see your MD for an evaluation. It could be infectious or inflammatory and good to have an evaluation.

my potassium was randomly at 3.3 last nov, so i ate a high potassium diet for 2 weeks and it went up to 4.0 but now its back at 3.4. what causes it to keep dropping? i eat bananas & spinach every day & no diuretics, exercise, diarrhea or vomiting

Low potassium: There are other tests to look for a cause, but just treating a lab finding without other symptoms, isn't advisable.  Your potassium is at lower normal range, in absence of symptoms or other apparent cause as medications, I wouldn't be concerned, if still , you may want to see an endocrinologist who may order more tests, a simple one would be spot urine potassium check or other tests, good luck

Not normally.: The most common symptoms of a cold are sneezing, running nose, feeling tired, congestion and scratchy throat.  Additional symptoms can be coughing, headaches, mucus dripping down the back of the throat, loss of appetite and fever (in children).

Yes: Any change in diet can cause gastrointestinal problems.  If you have diarrhea suspected from dietary change - then change back and see if it gets better.
