Your symptoms warrant a vist to a health care provider who is comfortable and non-judgmental and with an expertise in men's health.

Are there any changes in color, shape, is there pain
when voiding?  Any discharge ? You can soak in warm water twice a day , seek consult if it persists.
Pubic bone hugs the penis, could be refered pain.
