The most common: cause for your stated symptoms are uterine fibroids. A good exam and Ultrasound can be done to diagnose this. Talk to your GYN provider.

See a Fertility MD: With PCOS present ovulation is inconsistent if not downright absent. You will need assistance to ovulate and get pregnant as well as needing to have your lower abdominal pain assessed.

Evaluation: There are many reasons for symptoms you describe from urinary tract infection and kidney stone to herniated disk and ovarian cyst. See physician for evaluation.

i have pain in my lower right pelvis/abdomen, for 2 days. it was so sore i could not walk, just sit. i took 3 painstop tablets and rubbed voltaren. yesterday the pain moved to my back. today the pain is on left and right front and it's not my period?

: Debilitating abdominal pain always requires an emergent Dr's check. Going to the ER will allow the Dr to thoroughly examine you, do blood tests and imaging to get to the bottom of his pain. Treatment will depend on the cause.

You need test: Twitching or fluttering off and on in the lower abdomen is usually not serious if not constant or not affecting your daily life. Constipation sometimes causes those symptoms. If symptoms are constant and bothering, you need to have at least a urinalysis. Examination is very important, further testing such as ultrasound or CT scan may be necessary after the exam.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.  Right lower abdominal pain is concerning for appendicitis and should be evaluated

Two periods?: Question is unclear. That said, a woman with cycles shorter than 29 days (shorter than a 30-day or 31-day calendar month) will likely have 1 ovulation per month during 11 months of the year, but have 2 ovulations during one month of the year (since she has about 13 cycles a year). Her primary care doctor can examine to see what the abdominal pains might be due to.

Light periods: A miscarriage over one year ago would not cause a permanent change in the menstrual cycles. If you are not satisfied with your level of menstrual cycle control consider starting birth control. This can often help with menstrual symptoms such as bloating.

Could be normal: Mild pelvic pain in early pregnancy may be normal.  Severe or protracted pain is not normal and should be investigated.
