Some cardiac drugs may cause it independent of the aortic stenosis.

Normal: The hormone levels are rapidly changing at the time you are mentioning...this effects the areolae (nipple) areas of your breasts. Breast engorgement (enlargement) can also occur. 
Check with your GYN if this problem worsens!

Hormones: Nipple and breast tissue is sensitive to fluctuations in the hormones circulating in the blood stream. Progesterone peaks leading up to menses (your period) and can cause the breast and nipples to be tender.

Several things.: If enlarge and full, it could be too much estrogen, particularly if overweight.  However, usually bilateral. I have wearing some inapproprate garments during mountain biking, giving me "friction" burn.  This is stonger possibility. If it persists, see your doctor.  A bandaid over the nipple should provide relief. I'm assuming no nipple rings!

Probably not: That does not sound like symptoms of TOS.  Men can get breast cancer just like women.  I would initially start out with your primary care physician and then even see a breast surgeon specialist.  Don't let being a man deter you from sitting in a waiting room full of women in order to get checked out.

Yes and no: Yes, having nipples mechanically stimulated may cause delayed pain and pregnancy is not possible without intercourse, hormonal changes being likely in above described scenario.
