Reticulocytes are young (/"immature") red blood cells. When RBCs are needed, production in bone marrow ramps up and cells are released a little early, which can tell on CBC.

Those "extra": Red Blood cells are most likely what is keeping your O-2 SATS normal...."secondary" POLYCYTHEMIA (increased RBC counts) is a "coping" mechanism our bodies make when we live at high altitudes!

Elevated RBC and PLT: There are many reasons. For both RBC and high platelet, it is recommended to get tested for JAK2 mutation (blood) and a bone marrow evaluation. But first see a hematologist.

It doesn't matter: A test of antithyroid antibodies may suggest that thyroiditis caused your decline in thyroid level, but it doesn't matter since the appropriate therapy is brand name T4 replacement, no matter what the cause.  Also, your minimal level of thyroid deficiency is insufficient to cause you lipid abnormalities.  Look for other causes, such as genetics, weight, diet, inactivity, etc.
