its been a month since i had covid (including ggo in right lung). im still having occasional chest discomfort/dry cough/throat tickle. my 2nd vaccine appointment is today, should i take the vaccine or could that be dangerous to my health right now?

: Your post is ambiguous as not clear if you had vaccine one month ago or a COVID-19 infection, and if the latter, you should wait 90 days after infection ceases.  Otherwise, get the second injection if there is no new active infection.  Maybe get PCR, if things are unclear.

Almost anything: Just about anything can cause a nodule in the lung. Most important test is to look at an old xray and see if this nodule is new or old. If it is old and not growing it is likely benign.  If it is new or growing it may need further eval which could include advanced imaging or a biopsy.

In tall young healthy males this sometimes occurs spontaneously.  Happens with obstructive lung disease and of course with trauma and severe lung disease or mechanical ventilation.
