No: I am not aware of these as side effects. She may have been exposed or taken something else to cause these problems. She also could have developed an undetected thyroid condition. This is easily tested for occurance.

Further testing: Lack of thyroid can be a cause of lateral eyebrow loss. Several issues - T4 may not be converting to T3 properly or you may have nutritional deficiencies like low iron or Vit D which is needed for optimal thyroid function. Go to A4M.com and search for a doctor in your area who is trained to fully evaluate your nutrition and thyroid function with a full thyroid panel and get it properly adjusted!

Likely an irritant reaction only,possibly Retin A related.
Be very gentle with your eyebrows now  and hopefully they will regrow normally over the next 6 months
