Itchy skin: Itchy skin can be from dryness, eczema, hives, allergies, viral infections like mono, bacterial infections like scarlet fever.  And of course flea bites and mosquito bites.

Flushing: In most instances, flushing is genetically predetermined, which means that your are either a flusher or you are not.  There is no real problem in being a flusher.  In rare circumstances when it becomes intolerable, there are medications which may be used to lessen the problem but there is no cure.

There are multiple causes of rashes, ranging from various allergies to diseases such as lymes, etc.  The rash could be somehting simple or something associated with an other underlying condition.  See a dr. To get a clinical exam, as the majority of rashes are easy to treat once properly diagnosed.  Goodluck.

Yes: Pt get dark velty skin called acanthosis nigracans.  It usually appears in the skin folds such as behind the neck, under the arms, elbows etc.  It is a sign of Insulin resistance.  Sometimes meds to decrease Insulin resistance and weight loss can cause it to lighten and improve.

Blisters: There's no way to tell what this might be without taking a look at it. A dermatologist's eyeballs are the most important tools she/he has to work with, and in order to make the diagnosis, we have to see the patient.

Urticaria: Does your skin itch after contact with water? If not, is it hot water you are asking about ? Hot water can cause temporary blotching in your skin. But some people can develop an itchy rash from water contact that can be treated with antishitamines, not sure what you got.

Consider lasers that target blood vessels and pigment.
