Depends: This depends on the specifics. Acutely, the issues are to support the patient  and prevent complications. ( make sure the patient is able to breath ok , that blood pressure is ok , etc) in some patients who get care withing 3-4.5 hrs of symptoms a clot busting drug may improve outcome. Long term rx involves rehab, risk factor control & use of aspirin, or even more potent drug to prevent blood clots.

angioplasty  could be done---
intraarterial clot busters could be used--

my migraine basilar with auditory aura only stops after 5mg rizatriptan. mum had double stroke @60,  worried may cause me stroke.  any natural cures?

Response: Stroke risk for complex migraine patients increases with smoking, and use of female hormones.  Rizatriptan has very low risk if taken exactly as prescribed.  Higher dosing dramatically increases adverse reactions.

Possibly: ; however, it is extremely  unlikely since 40 years have passed and most electrocution strokes are immedoiate, See a neurologist for further evaluation.

Definitely...: Any form of head or brain trauma can cause headaches. Having said that, since there are so many reasons for headaches that range from caffeine withdrawal to brain tumors. You need to see a physician if over the counter medications are not helping.
