Keinbocks disease: Is from something called avascular necrosis, when the blood supply to  the lunate diminished. The exact cause is not known.  Other bones in the wrist can get a similar condition but there's no link between keinbocks and these other problems. What can happen is other bones can get arthritic during keinbocks due to a collapse in the structure of the lunate and it's effect on the forces on the wrist.

Always a first..: Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is a lavage agent that improves the ease of defecating. I'm not aware of a bowel movement inducing labor, but I guess there's always a first.  Its typically best to, &amp; I recommend that you, check with your obstetrician before taking any product to assess if its safe in your unique circumstance.

No: Think of corn starch as ground-up corn, potato starch as ground-up potatoes, and rice flour as ground-up rice. Eating any of such starches as part of one's healthy diet does not change one's chances of going into preterm labor. Likewise, omitting one or more types of flour or starch does not increase or decrease the likelihood of a preterm delivery. People should eat a balanced, healthy diet.

Very low risk: I have to disagree with you--epidurals very rarely cause any long-term problems, and often are used in the treatment of back pain from other causes. Labor epidurals are the safest way to manage labors which are severely painful, and can also be extended to provide anesthesia if a c-section is necessary. They very seldom cause any back pain other than temporary soreness at the insertion site.
