The area postrema in the brain is responsible for inducing vomiting when poisons are detected, &amp; for resolving conflict between vision &amp; balance. When feeling motion but not seeing it, the inner ear transmits to the brain that it senses motion, but the eyes tell the brain that everything is still, hence brain responds by vo.

It sounds like you are having worsening motion sickness or mal de barquement syndrome which is thought to be from imbalanced input from the ears and eyes.  Suggest eye exam and vng/vemp from ent. Pt is useful for unilateral vestibular weakness and motion sickness.

Bad migraines?: Well bad migraines can cause those things but i would see a neurologist if your headaches are that bad!  one, it is important to rule out other causes and two, you could undergo migraine treatment if that's what it is. Good luck!
