Bad migraines?: Well bad migraines can cause those things but i would see a neurologist if your headaches are that bad!  one, it is important to rule out other causes and two, you could undergo migraine treatment if that's what it is. Good luck!

Seek evaluation: Any onset of new neurological symptoms requires evaluation.  Can be something as simple as migraine or benign positional vertigo (often a combination thereof) or something as serious as a brain tumor.  Best to be evaluated.

Middle/inner ears: problems, not external ears, so wax drops won't help, also may be a sinus issue. Better see an ENT specialist for evaluation, best wishes
