Ascorbic acid  O/D: An overdose occurs when an excessive / dangerous dose of a drug / substance is used. Excessive doses of Vitamin C can cause: diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, heartburn, abdominal bloating &amp; cramps, headache, insomnia &amp; renal calculi. No such thing unless: In general vitamin c is extremely safe and non-toxic and you can not overdose, in the sense of taking a quantity that would damage your health. There is a limit to how much you can absorb, and when this amount is exceeded you won't absorb any more and it will act as a laxative.The exception is people who have a hereditary g6pd deficiency, in which high doses of IV vit c can cause hemolytic anemia.

Vit C: Great question. Vit c (ascorbic acid) plays a role in tissue regeneration and healing. It is necessary for healthy ligaments, tendons, skin, and blood vessels. 

There are several studies that point towards Ascorbic Acid helping those with headaches, but headaches are a known side-effect of large doses of ascorbic acid.

Probably not: The extra ascorbic acid is unlikely to do you any real good, but you can manage your acne like an adult. If topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated has not cleared you in two weeks, get with your physician. I doubt the two are connected.

They can - depends: Every person is different, and every stomach reacts to different foods by producing a different amount of acid (for a different period of time). Thus, while citrus and chocolate have been reported to cause worse acid reflux in some people, so have tomatoes, spicy foods, peppers, vegetables, and even antacids! The only way to know for u is to change your diet and see if the symptoms get worse.

Skin lighteners: Both acids can work as skin lighteners. However,I would see a dermatologist because you may overshoot the mark with these drugs
