Spider bite: Spider bites can have variable appearances. It might cause a pink or red bump with no symptoms. Or it could itch or be painful. Venomous spiders may cause  significant pain radiating far from the site, cramping, sweating, necrosis of tissue or worse if there is an allergic reaction.

Propecia (finasteride) is safe: Some people get quite an improvement in hair    growth and thickness with propecia (finasteride).  The side effects are minimal.  If you have any side effects then just get off of the medication.  All side effects are totally reversible.

If allergy: A bed bug bite usually does not produce many symptoms, other than a mild local reaction. If you happen to be allergic to bug saliva, you may develop a welt at the site. If there is marked itching and a swelling at the site of the bite, you may take an over the counter antihistaminic, however, the side effects of medication may be more than those of the bug bite.

Depends: Each drug has a different profile. Inh or isoniazide can occasionally cause liver problems, but these aren't severe and won't cause damage if you are followed closely and the drugs are stopped if any sign of liver irritation develops.
