No natural Rx: Blocked tubes often follow infection, they also seem to 'clog' from normal day-to-day life - at least in some women. There are no 'natural' ways to unblock tubes, they can often be successfully opened either with surgery or under fluoroscopy (x-ray.).

No: If the tubes are blocked there is nothing you can take by mouth that would change that. This would require some type of surgical procedure to unblock the tubes.

Rarely. : The HSG procedure can in some cases open one or both Fallopian tubes. This is a temporary effect. Also a small catheter and guidewire can be used to clear out the Fallopian tubes. This can be arranged through an Interventional Radiologist or a Fertility Gyn. The test will be scheduled according to your cycle and you will get antibiotics. Very good: Very good if only one tube is blocked.
Sperms need to find a way to get through the tubes to fertilize the egg.  The fertilized egg needs to pass through the tube to get to the uterus.  One open  tube is good enough.  However, if the fertilized egg get into the dead end of the blocked tube, a tubal pregnancy may happen.

Yes, but: With a blocked fallopian tube you have a higher risk of conceiving an ectopic pregnancy.  You should try to conceive naturally, but be aware of this risk, and your doctor can check your hormone levels early in pregnancy to see if your pregnancy is developing in t he uterus or in the fallopian tube.

Progressive: You can start now restricting calories to about 1800/day. I suggest that you wait for about 6 weeks to go lower than that. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin daily and don't go below 1200 calories per day.

: Please discuss the findings with your doc. The report indicates there is significant scarring of the structures that are often seen in those with infertility. Tumeric has well known anti-inflammatory actions that can help with many aches &amp; pains in life. It's value here is not evident, so I would not expect it to have value in this problem.
