please tell me what can i use, face washes do not work on my skin is there another way?

See a dermatologist: Most acne will not get better only using washes. You will need prescription creams and possibly pills to clear your acne. Both of these will take several weeks to work. All acne creams have to be used in the entire area where you get a pimple not just on the pimples you have since they prevent the formation of new pimples and you never know  where you will get a new pimple although it is usually i.

Yes: If not washing your face helps your skin then stop. I have had patients state the use only water for years. It is completely safe and sanitary.

See a dermatologist: For all acne patients simple washing is all that is needed to help remove excess oil and debris from pores. Mild soap and no scrubbing. This is the basis of most acne treatment. Beyond that is the treatment of what you describe as "swollen acne". Not sure what you mean by that but i can certainly recommend you see a dermatologist.

Lasers, IPL, peel: Bleaching cream containing hydroquinone such as lustra, or revaleskin with coffeberry can lighten them. For removal an intense pulse light source or laser can lighten them or remove them completely in 1 - 3 sessions depending on settings and response to laser. A medium chemical peel can also lighten or remove these spots.

Acne treatments: Benzoyl peroxide is a good beginning but u should realize it comes in different strengths (5%, 10%) and different bases (solution,cream,gel).  And you can use it more than once per day if U R not getting results that U want. Then there R prescription products (tretinoin) which you get from a doc with the same as above caveats. Acne care: We do not generally promote commercial products especially since there is no evidence of a specific face wash product's clinical superiority in keeping skin clear of acne.
