Baby wipes: It is all right to gently use baby wipes on the inner labia of the vaginal wall.  You may want to use the sensitive wipes though and do not be aggressive.  Also, I do not recommend using wipes inside the vaginal canal.  If you are unsure where to use the wipes, speak with your pediatrician.

baby wipes:: As a baby doctor i often advise people to stop wiping baby bottoms with baby wipes. Gentle soft tissue wiping is best, possibly with a topical cream as well at your doctor's discretion.

i wash my vagina with my fingers and water in toilet right after i wiped sperms on my both palms with baby wipes. is it possible some of the unwiped sperms on my palms swim into my vagina while i was washing vagina?

Very unlikely but...: Many things are possible in this life. It depends on how much healthy sperm (semen) remained on the fingers, how far up the vagina the fingers went, how fertile the sperm are, where in her monthly cycle she is (fertile days vs. nonfertile days), etc...  If worried about pregnancy, one can do a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks later, if no regular period comes.

Probably not: It sounds like a skin tag or a part of your hymenal ring.  It can be irritating but will not prevent you from getting pregnant.

Introitus matters: Pelvic floor exercise, more commonly called  kegel exercises can be tried, but two pregnancies in a year? Give it a rest!

Baby wipes: I usually recommend using wash water and dry wipes for the first 6 weeks.  After that period of time, it is safe to use baby wipes but i usually ask parents to use the non fragrance "sensitive" wipes.  They are often less irritating.
