Conception date: If you know the date of your LMP, add twenty-three days to give you an approximate conception date. Minor alcohol unknowingly used in early pregnancy is typically not a problem. Avoid using any other alcohol or drugs during the remainder of your pregnancy. If the dates are too close to determine parentage, paternity tests are available at birth.

Usually not: An embryo usually will not implant into the uterine lining until after 7 to 9 days from fertilization. Only after implantation will the beta HCG hormone be produced. The pregnancy over-the-counter test detects the beta HCG hormone.

Yes, but just barely: A test can turn positive 7-10 days after.

No: In general, there are no birth defects associated with the nuvaring.  Also it is highly unlikely that conception would occur during the usual week off the nuvaring.

how do the digital home pregnancy tests tell how far along you are? (clearblue easy with conception indicator).  my test showed 2-3 weeks.

Not reliable. : They likely measure the amount of HCG in the urine. This would not be a reliable way to determine gestational age. See a physician.

can i trust a pregnancy test if i took it 10 weeks after conception? it came up negative. i took another one a few weeks ago and it was also negative. i had my period normally as well. could i just have pregnancy scare because it was my "first time"

HPT:  Trust the test.  At 10 weeks - a home pregnancy test would be able to pick up HCG without any problems. Trust both the pregnancy tests and the fact that you had your period since then.

Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Not yet: Not with current technology. Though very close. Probably 5-6 days with the best of the over the counter tests. A blood test will be modestly sooner but not likely as early as 4-5 days.
