Conception date: If you know the date of your LMP, add twenty-three days to give you an approximate conception date. Minor alcohol unknowingly used in early pregnancy is typically not a problem. Avoid using any other alcohol or drugs during the remainder of your pregnancy. If the dates are too close to determine parentage, paternity tests are available at birth.

Not yet: Not with current technology. Though very close. Probably 5-6 days with the best of the over the counter tests. A blood test will be modestly sooner but not likely as early as 4-5 days.

Yes: Pregnancy symptoms can begin as soon as your period is missed.  These can include: tender or swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of a period; increased frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings; passing gas; enlarging waist line. Etc. There may be an ^ in white vaginal discharge.   Take a hpt to know.

Yes, sometimes: A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test. If a woman gets her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

how do the digital home pregnancy tests tell how far along you are? (clearblue easy with conception indicator).  my test showed 2-3 weeks.

Not reliable. : They likely measure the amount of HCG in the urine. This would not be a reliable way to determine gestational age. See a physician.
