No: No mouth is bacteria free.  In proper balance the bacteria help us digest food.  We all have millions of bacterial cells living in our mouth all the time.  There are many causes of dry mouth.  Please see a Dentist for an evaluation.

Both abnormal: Blood in the stool and blood in the urine both need to be separately evaluated as to the cause with appropriate blood tests, imaging studies, and endoscopy. If bleeding from both are occurring at the same time, one would also want to make sure the coagulation system was normal.

It : It sounds that you merely experienced a normal physiologic response to injury (burning, swelling, and pain) after hitting your penis on the toilet seat. The side pain is likely referred pain from the site of impact. If the swelling and pain in your penis have not resolved as of yet, and you are still experiencing pain in your side, then i recommend you see a medical professional right away.

You haven't met: You haven't met my sister then!  joking aside, there is no special gender gene that enables women to do #1 and #2 with "ninja" like skills.  It's likely that women make an effort to do so quietly because of social pressures and expectations.  You can add flatulence to your list as well.

Infection: I would get a urinalysis (UA) and a urine culture. May be a urinary tract infection. Dehydration could also cause an odor, but that one is more like ammonia. The UA will detect either. Almost any medical facility/office/ER can do the testing for you.

Here are some ...: An urge to do something quickly will drive a person to act urgently and swiftly, and result in over-driving the adrenal gland to secret more adrenaline. If doing so sporadically, that's "normal"; if constantly, it becomes a problem. In fact, a person in such situation oftentimes has many other mental &amp; physical issues. So, it's a medical necessity to manage such in a holistic way, not drugs alone.

Yes, of course: Bleeding from the GI or gu tracts is never normal.  If you even suspect that you may be losing blood from either organ system, get your stool and urine respectively tested asap.

: Babies need to regulate their fluids in the first 24-48 hours of life.  They generally have a good urine output during that time, and should pass a poop that is dark and sticky called meconium in the first few days.  One pee is concerning as dehydration could be a concern.

Related to bm: Bowel gas can cause sensation to urinate more frequently and once the bowel is emptied there could be irritation on the bladder but I am not sure.
