Possibly: The "official" literature for Plan B states that the safety of the medication during breastfeeding is unknown for the breastfeeding infant.  It is likely that some of the medication is found in breast milk so the infant will likely have ingested some during breastfeeding if Plan B is taken.

Plan : Plan b or any other form of progestin-only emergency contraception is considered safe while breast feeding.  Even though small amounts of the hormone may pass through into the breast milk, it will not harm your baby nor will it effect your breast milk quality or quantity.

That being said, most women who are exclusively breast feeding in the first 6 months after having a baby will not ovulate and cannot get pregnant.  Just to be safe, though, if you absolutely do not want to get pregnant again, using Plan B is the safest way to go.  Good luck!

Not necessary: Generally, it is fine to continue to breastfeed while taking Plan B pills  it is always best, however, to consult your healthcare provider.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: The morning-after pill can definitely cause abnormal bleeding, for up to 2 months.  See your doctor about using a more reliable form of contraception and use condoms to prevent stds.

Progestin only pill: The progestin only pills (such as plan b) are considered to be the safest while breast feeding   From the in package information for plan b: "no adverse effects of progestin-only pills have been found on breastfeeding performance or on the health, growth, or development of the infant. 
However, isolated post-marketing cases of decreased milk production have been reported"

Yes: Plan b works best when taken within 72 hours of unprotected sex or contraceptive misadventure (failure) by preventing ovulation. Safe: There is limited data on this topic but progestin only pills(plan b) have not been found to be a serious health effect for breast feeding infants.  While some post marketing studies have showed some decrease in milk production, the effect is limited.
