Any other meds: Are you on any other meds becuase it is possible a drug interaction.Dizziness does occur at times with Zantac along with headache and that tends to get better in most over time.Effects on heart can occur but usually slow heartrate are not that common but some may have a paradoxical reaction.I would advise before continuing since I am Not privy to your particular case to speak to the pescribing doc

Rare heart effects: Ranitidine and other drugs in its class (H2 blockers) have been reported to cause abnormal heart rhythms (incl too slow heart rare) rarely.  There is no easily found data on what rare means.  Discuss your concerns with your doctor and you both can decide whether this is a medicine worth trying.  Try All other non-pharmaceutical ways to control or remove the symptoms causing you to take ranitidine,

Possible interaction: Combining these 2 meds could cause v blood pressure. If that occurred you could have lightheadeness, dizziness or headache. This doesn't mean that they can't be combined - but you would need to monitor for side effects.

Dehydration: You're perfectly described what happens to someone who is dehydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of fluids and replaces electrolytes (ie salts) when running in the heat.

Maybe: Excess alcohol is a known cause of certain abnormal rhythms. Is your hr staying over 150? Is it staying irregular? If the answer to either is yes, you should seek medical attention.

Varies: They will do an ekg to look for an accessory pathway (wpw).  He/she'll look at any medicines you may be taking. The doc may want to record your heart rhythm for 24 hours or longer to see how fast you go. Sometimes treadmill exercise can be a helpful test. An echo is often helpful. There are other, more sophisticated testing that is sometimes necessary.

Your doctor.: Premature ventricular contractions[pvcs]  can happen at rest or with activity. Many of my patients notice them when they are quiet or slowing down at the end of the day, even though the happen at other times as well. They are almost always benign--which means harmless. As always your personal provider is the best person to discuss your concerns or questions.

Check it: Your BP is high. Have you checked your pulse rate. You should be on medication to lower BP and heart rate. Get a full physical examination.
