Yes: Multivitamin supplements contain vitamins and minerals. There is no adverse side effects to taking them together. Since you are on blood thinners, avoid supplements that contain vitamin E, fish oils, Turmeric and gingko biloba as these also thin the blood. Talk to your dr about why you are using 3 blood thinning meds. Plavix and Elaquis taken together can dramatically increase your bleeding risk.

There could  be inte: There  could  be a drug interaction where  one drug interfers with the effect  of  another  drug and makes it  more  powerful or  weaker. You need to discuss this with your  physician to make certain all of your  health issues  are known

Yes: The combination of aspirin and EFA-fish oil has been used with good effect especially for those with DM as they may be less sensitivt to aspirin's platelet effect and the combination is much more effective

Not likely: that your medications are related in any way to blood in urine, but more likely to urinary tract problem such as infection, stone, or even tumor.  Have your doctor take a look or refer to a urologist.

Yes If Told Not: The Aspirin and fish oil both can thin your blood and cause bleeding issues during the procedures. Vitamins often have dyes in them that can discolor the tissues and make it difficult to accurately assess any conditions that might be present. Do you really want to go through the prep for the test to get false or inaccurate results? Follow the doctor's orders!

Yes: The Prilosec and multivitamin are safe to resume.  They should not cause any bleeding and may help protect the lining of your stomach and esophagus.
