Yes: Sometimes women develop this things as bloating and cramps up to 1 week before period. If it is a common thing 1 week before your period, more likely relates to it. If not probably has nothing to do with your period and may be caused by something else(bowell problems).

Lots of options: You will need to see your obgyn for an exam and testing. Depending on your age and fertility plans there are lots of treatment options.  Birth control pills can regulate your cycle. Mirena (levonorgestrel) iuds can minimize your periods. Lysteda is a great new hormone free drug used to stop heavy periods. If you are done with  pregnancies ask if you are a candidate for an endometrial ablation.

Possible: If you have been having unprotected sex, pregnancy is always possible but this could also just be the normal variation in cycle length plus the fact that there are 31 days in January but only 28 in February.. EITHER: Hard to say I would take the test it tends to be very sensitive and accurate. If it is negative and you still do not have your period then try the test again later. Good luck!! Take your prenatal vitamins and do not smoke or do drugs or alcohol in the meantime!

Be happy: Not everyone has pms symptoms. The symptoms vary over time, so you may develop some as you get older. If you have a regular monthly cycle you probably have no reason to worry.
