Yes: It's very unlikely to rupture either a male's or female's bladder during penile to vaginal intercourse.  Case reports abound of urethral and bladder injury from people inserting objects as diverse as paper clips, beads, pens, steel rods (just to name the ones i've personally removed).  There is also a report of a woman rupturing her bladder using a hot tub jet for personal gratification.

Highly unlikely: Unless bladder is very distended and subject has a bladder diverticulum (outpouching) which could burst, or has had an intestinal bladder augmentation.

Post-coital cystitis: I'm sure you can imagine the motion of sex pushing bacteria into your bladder so we recommend emptying your bladder as soon as romance allows to flush out those bacteria. Post-coital or honeymoon cystitis is a common name for bladder infection due to sex. Of course, if unprotected, pain could also be due to sexually transmitted disease so best to go see your family doc for evaluation & treatment.

BLADDER INFECTION: Women can be predisposed to bladder infection with sexual activity. This is possibly due to a change in the bacteria in the vagina or manipulation of the urethra with penetration.

Yes, : Yes, some women get recurrent UTI (urinary tract infection) after sex.  One explanation is that sex is traumatic and causes small tears in the urine tube and vagina.  This allows the bacteria to enter or "climb" to the bladder, leading to an infection.  Sex can also change the acid level of the vagina allowing harmful bacteria or yeast to reproduce and lead to infection.  I would suggest urinating soon after sex, which cleans out the urine tube and decreases the risk of uti, and drinking 100% pure cranberry juice regularly...An ingredient in cranberries actually prevents the bacteria(e. Coli) from climbing up the urinary tract.

Not likely: For a woman, rough sex----yes, for a man unlikely. With a normal loving sex relationship--------------no!

May need surgery: The conditions you mentioned usually require surgical correction. If you are not inclined to consult a gynecologist, as a temporary solution try using liberal amount of lubricant, like K-Y jelly before sex.

: Frequent pain and bleeding during sexual intercourse are abnormal at your age. You should see a GYN for a thorough pelvic exam.
