Don't know: which antidepressant you take but sedation can be a side effect for some. Talk to your prescribing  medical provider about any side effects you are experiencing.

Yes, but : Taking more than the recommended safe dose is technically an overdose, however in this case it is not very dangerous.  If you accidentally took an extra pill  you should be ok.  Just make sure to go back to your normal dose the following day and follow up with your primary care provider if you have any unusual symptoms from taking the medication.

Yes: It takes an awful lot and is very uncomfortable to ingest that amount, but you can get sick from too much water at one time.

Normal?  Problem?: You are describing a couple of things.  One, you could have intestines in your scrotum.  It is called a hernia.  Second, you could have a large collections of blood vessels (veins) called a vare-a-ko-seal (varicocoele).  The hernia may come and go, get bigger or smaller, cause pain or not but will usually cause a lump in the groin as well.  This should be seen by general surgeon or urologist.

Yes, Sudafed OD can: cause: convulsions, rapid breathing, irregular heart rate, ^ blood pressure, trouble breathing, restlessness, excitability, nervousness &amp;   hallucinations.

Hard to overdose: Cephalexin (at what strength?) is very hard to overdose on.  Would not worry about the two doses you took and just follow directions from now on.

Liver failure. : The biggest risk is liver failure. If you have any question if an overdose go get some nacytl-cysteine if possible at GNC l an get to an er immediately.  If you can't get the n-acetyl cysteine within 15 minutes skip that step.

: It depends.  A single puff would clear the body in most adults within days. A chronic recurrent user may test positive a month or more after stopping.

Hmm: Smoking just one puff of a cigarette per day is worse for you than smoking no puffs of a cigarette per day. If something is toxic - just avoid it.

Probably one day whi: Probably one day, which is a guess (24 hrs.)  it's half life is 2 hrs, and it is metabolized by the liver and excreted by the kidneys into the urine.  In a heavy smoker there be a higher plasma nicotine concentration and it may take 2 days.  This is an educated guess.
