See your doctor: This could have been a miscarriage, and if so you might need a d & c if your bleeding doesn't stop.

Maybe.: Do a pregnancy test.  If it is positive, and you have no other symptoms, call your doctor in the morning..  If you should have cramping, pain, dizziness, fever call doc and/or go to an ER.

Pass'g clots no good: It is possible to have a light period while just pregnant.  A large amount of blood with clots make pregnancy less likely.  A miscarriage is also a possibility

Timing: The best timing for getting pregnant is to have intercourse a day or two before ovulation. It is not feasible to say if sex at this time would be fruitful.

Probably not: the combination of 2 negative tests and a regular period makes the likelihood of pregnancy small

Likely no: It sounds as if you had a negative pregnancy test, no?  If that's the case, then likely you aren't pregnant.  If it's time for your period and you had only light spotting but a negative pregnancy test then likely you aren't pregnant.  You can always consider re-taking the test in 5-7 days, but sounds negative.  Best wishes, .

Heavy periods: Theoretically, you can still get pregnant as long as you are ovulating. I would be more concerned of those heavy periods as they may signs of either benign or a serious condition.

Watch and wait: Mild bleeding is not uncommon in early pregnancy. If there is no pain and no frank bleeding, you may wait to see your doctor at the appointed time.
