can you get the rash all over your body?

Depends on the rash: Some rashes go all over the body, such as chicken pox and strep scarlet fever. Other rashes can go all over the body, but tend to like being in certain parts of the body, such as eczema. Acne only affects the parts of the body that has sebaceous (skin oil) glands. So, the distribution of a rash usually depends on the diagnosis for that particular rash.

i'm allergic to many things and i avoid them. but recently i get rash all over my body after running, biking etc. (exhousted) it gets worse ever.

This is something to talk about with your primary care physician and/or specialty allergist. Exercise & hives: Exercise-induced urticaria is a symptom of a cholinergic urticaria, a physical urticaria. In this unusual condition elevation of skin temperature by exercise, fever, or immersion in hot water triggers mast cells to release histamine resulting in hives. In exercise-induced anaphylaxis (eia) hives are accompanied by difficulty breathing or syncope. 1/2 of eia is triggered by food allergy often wheat.

allergy: Certainly sound like some sort of allergy to something   will need to see a doctor to figure this out most probably.

Yes: Any time a young child has a very high fever, it is prudent to get him checked out even though the problem is likely from  a common childhood viral disease.

Urticaria: Your rash is hives or urticaria, you can take an antihistamines prior to showering and dont use very hot water and keep your time in the shower short.
